Knowing how to tune into your energy is like starting to learn an instrument. You open the door to a new dimension, you practice it regularly, master it and explore further.

WHAT THE CLASS IS ABOUT

Learn how to connect with your energy, assess and understand its qualities, and restore your holistic balance. It is a one-hour guided and sensory experience combining different self-healing techniques originating from Shiatsu Do In, self-acupressure, Qi Gong, breathing and meditation exercises.

  • Use your sensory and energy awareness to reconnect with your inner body-mind resources.

  • Develop a harmonious relationship between your inner self and the outside world.

  • Open, connect, balance and expand your energy system.

In Eastern philosophy, nourishment is much more than just nutrition. As complex living beings, we also fuel our vital energy with our connections, education, and core beliefs. Assimilation of all forms of nourishment empowers us and allow us to connect with the outside world with ease and flow. We will balance our needs to receiving and giving love by strengthening our connection with the Earth element and opening our Heart Chakra at all levels (physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually).
