
Body Awareness Meditation
A guided sensory body scan to develop an awareness of your body-heart-mind discomfort, connect with and embrace the manifestations of your own healing energy throughout the meditation. Every session is a unique experience since it is rooted in your sensory self-diagnosis of the day. It is a bespoke therapeutic aid aimed at restoring a smooth flow of energy, easing pain, and feeling empowered to self-care.
How Body Awareness Meditation works
The 60-minute session starts with a little chat about your health and well-being key concerns. Then you lie down and rest in the comfort of your own home whilst being guided through a sensory self-diagnosis to identify your energetic needs. The therapist takes you through a guided and tailored meditation bringing your attention and breath into specific areas of your body, following energy channels and chakras connection.
The session ends with some time to reflect on changes. We discuss practical recommendations, such as lifestyle adjustment, health exercises or food choices, which you will explore in your own time.
