Guided Self-Shiatsu

A guided sensory and self-given treatment combining different healing techniques originated from Shiatsu Do In, self-acupressure, Qi Gong, meditation and breathing exercises. Based on your sensory self-diagnosis of the day, every session is a unique experience and a bespoke therapeutic aid aimed at restoring vitality and balance, regaining ownership of your body, and creating a holistic health mindset.

How Self-Shiatsu works

The 60-minute session starts with a little chat about your health and well-being key concerns. Then you are guided through a sensory self-diagnosis to identify your energetic needs to be met. The session includes bespoke exercises ranging from Shiatsu Do In, self-acupressure, coordinated body posture and movements to breathing and visualisation, connecting energy channels and chakras.

The session ends with some time to reflect on changes. We discuss practical health and well-being recommendations, which you will explore in your own time.
