Sadly, it can’t segregate danger for life from repetitive straining exercises, distressful relationships, or constant cognitive stimulation. The RESTORING BALANCE package is designed to adapt to your needs. You can attend the sessions either remotely or in-person . You even have the possibility of alternating between the two options. You can also renew this package as many times as you need to.

Holistic Health Support

A remote and guided therapeutic experience.

Holistic Health Support is a guided sensory, self-given, treatment combining different healing techniques originated from Shiatsu Do In, self-acupressure, Qi Gong, meditation and breathing exercises.

Rooted in your guided sensory self-diagnosis of the day, every session is a unique experience and a bespoke therapeutic aid aimed at restoring your vitality and balance, regaining ownership of your body, and creating a holistic health mindset.

What to expect

  • A course of 6 sessions scheduled fortnightly or monthly and delivered via online video meeting.
  • A bespoke “Way of Health” report designed to include an overview of your journey and suggestions to consider for further development.

What a session looks like

  • A 60-minute one-to-one session.
  • Each session starts with a guided sensory self-diagnosis.
  • Each session includes bespoke exercises ranging from self-acupressure, coordinated body posture and movements, to breathing and visualisation.
  • Each session ends with a guided self-sensory diagnosis, some time to reflect, and practical recommendations to explore until the following session.

Traditional Zen Shiatsu

An in-person and yielding therapeutic experience.

Zen Shiatsu is a traditional hands-on Japanese healing art that takes its roots from traditional Chinese medicine and Zen principles. Applying gentle pressure to energy points shifts energy around your body in such a way as to release areas of tension and enliven weak areas. The soothing nature of Shiatsu touch also allows your body-heart-mind to safely relax, restore its natural equilibrium and embrace changes.

What to expect

  • A course of 6 sessions Scheduled fortnightly or monthly and taking place at our Ealing clinic.
  • A bespoke “Way of Health” report designed to include an overview of your journey and suggestions to consider for further development.

What a session looks like

  • A 60-minute one-to-one session.
  • Each session starts with a sensory and energy diagnosis.
  • Each session follows a body-energy treatment designed from the outcome of the diagnosis.
  • During the treatment you lie down on a Japanese futon while keeping your clothes on.
  • Each session ends with a sensory and energy diagnosis, some time to reflect, and practical recommendations to explore until the following session.
