Finding your inner peace

Your body has your best interests at heart by triggering its defence mechanism when danger is perceived. Sadly, it can’t segregate life danger from repetitive straining exercises, distressful relationships, or constant cognitive stimulation. All these situations require an adrenal response to cope, leading over time to biochemical imbalances.

    Zen Shiatsu Therapy

    Shiatsu Therapy is a Japanese hands-on healing art. Gentle pressure to energy points shifts energy around your body in such a way as to allow your body-heart-mind to safely relax, release areas of tension and enliven weak areas.

    An in-person and yielding therapeutic experience.

    Guided Self-Shiatsu

    Self-Shiatsu is a guided sensory and self-given treatment combining different healing techniques originated from Shiatsu Do In, self-acupressure, Qi Gong, meditation and breathing exercises whilst connecting energy channels and chakras.

    A remote and guided therapeutic experience.

Our 6-session course

includes

  • Zen Shiatsu Therapy: 60-minute one-to-one sessions taking place at our Ealing clinic.

  • (and/or) Guided Self-Shiatsu: 60-minute one-to-one sessions delivered via a video call.

  • Bespoke health and exercise recommendations are to be explored between sessions to support the benefits of your treatment.
