Learn how to connect with your energy, assess and understand its qualities, and restore your balance within and in relation to the natural cycles of life. It is a one-hour guided and sensory experience combining different self-healing techniques originating from Shiatsu Do In, self-acupressure, Qi Gong, breathing and meditation exercises.

  • Develop a harmonious relationship between your inner self and the outside world.

Winter Solstice marks a shift from darkness to light, a sense of renewal, hope, and the return of longer days. A reminder of resilience and inner strength from Mother Earth. These New Year vibrations invite us to balance our desires for an active life full of optimism and the need to restore our energy for the brighter days ahead. Igniting the inner light whilst being mindful of our need to rest is the challenge of this month.
