How often do I hear “I don’t have energy and can’t keep up with workload and family duties”, “my mood is all over the place and I don’t want to engage with anyone”, “I don’t like the way I look and feel in my body and am not motivated to exercise”, … I could go on for ever, trying to make an exhaustive list of complaints but all of them converge to a single point; many people aren’t happy with the way they feel about themselves physically, emotionally, mentally or maybe spiritually, and they desperately look for some inspiration on how to regain control of their body and mind so life becomes colourful again!
There is no miraculous cure and even if we are lucky enough to find it, it may not last forever. Why? … Because we are connected to and live in an (r)evolving world, where adaptation and resilience is the key to reaching harmony in life. Look at Mother Nature, she got it right! After a storm, fire or earthquake, she can regenerate herself, creating a new balance out of the chaos while growing stronger and wiser than before the challenges struck.
The five steps I am about to share with you may look familiar, but keep reading and look at these steps more closely; you are going to realise that mirroring Mother Nature is a sustainable way to gain or regain an understanding of your body, mind and soul and to empower your health for a happier life.
